Genie Garage Door Opener new Part # 31171R 36306R 36521R.S Intellicode Internal Receiver Board

If you have a Genie garage door opener that has an internal Intellicode receiver and you need to replace the receiver board, North Shore Commercial Door Co. has this original Genie part at a very affordable price. The new part number for this receiver board is 31171R which replaces the part numbers 36306R and 36521R.S, respectively. Genie Company policy is to assign new part numbers to products that have been updated. These new parts are designed to be compatible with the older systems so if your garage door opener has a receiver board with one of the old numbers you can safely install this 31171R receiver board. One good tip to employ is to “dry fit” the new receiver board to your older unit. Be sure to turn the power off before proceeding. During the dry fit you will want make sure all of the components, buttons, plugs and lights all line up to the same spots as the original receiver board. If they are in the same position, you can safely install the board and expect your garage door to work as well or possibly even better than it did prior to installing the new receiver board. This board does include the soldered antenna and although the new replacement board and/or antenna may be slightly smaller than the original board, the 31171R board will work.
