The EMX NIR Gate and Garage Door Opener Retro-Reflective Photo eye available at North Shore Commercial Door is ideal for use as a reversing sensor with a water-tight design that enables it to be installed outdoors. Parking barriers, gates and commercial doors that open overhead are suited for use with the NIR Gate and Garage Door Opener Retro-Reflective Photo Eye. Voltage on this product is flexible enough that the range goes from 12 volts AC/DC to 240 volts AC. The photo eye operates in a range out to 30 feet, has two LED indicators and an allowance for sensitivity adjustment. Installation is easy with the included bracket and mounting hardware. It also includes a 6-foot cord. This item will turn on a sidewalk light if it senses a person cutting the beam.
