The Genie 28770R.S Garage Door Opener Sprocket Bracket for 7 to 8 foot tall doors is a prime example of that. This replacement bracket installs on the rail assembly where it meets the powerhead. The bracket houses the belt drive sprocket which is used to keep the belt taught and ready to move. THe Motor assembly connects to the sprocket and and turns it.
