TDC Trolley

The next-generation TDC operator sets new standards for performance and reliability.

It supports a wide range of door types, including standard-lift sectional doors weighing up to 2200 lbs.

JHDC Hoist

The next-generation standard or extended duty Jackshaft (hoisted) DC operator represents a significant advancement in door operation technology.

JDC Jackshaft

MAXUM Series Accessories

Chain Hoist

The new MAXUM operators have accessories and install kits that are essential for seamless and efficient operation. The JHDC unit come standard with 25 feet of hoist chain, which is enough for a door that is 16 feet of total height. Any door over 16 feet in height will need extra hoist chain as well as sectional doors with high lift over 16 feet of total height.

JDC and JHDC Sprockets

To install either the JDC or the JHDC a sprocket kit is REQUIRED. This guide is to help you get exactly the sprocket kit you need.

Tooth Count: Sprocket tooth count is recommended to optimize the speed of the doors at 12" per second (on sectional doors).
Keyway: Slot machined in the bore and shaft that holds the key, ensuring proper torque transmission.
Bore: Center hold of the sproket - must match in diameter with shaft.

TDC Track and Chain Kits

Each TDC Trolley Operator REQUIRES a Track and Chain Kit. To determine the right track and chain kit for your TDC operator, measure your door's height from bottom to top. Each kit consists of 2 tracks, 1 chain and spacers. Kits for TDC7 operators include a #48 chain. Kits for TDC12 & TDC22 operators include a #41 chain.
