Liftmaster J Jackshaft Operator - Logic 5

Before installing this, operator doors should be inspected and balanced so that they can be lifted by hand in an emergency. Commercial operators are usually mounted to the wall with sectional overhead doors. J Operators indirectly drive the doors by being attached to the doors torsion shaft via a chain and sprocket.

This new Logic 5 operators can help put your busy mind at ease. With Built-in MyQ Technology from LiftMaster, you can operate your Door remotely when paired with the 828LM Internet Gateway. So if you ever worry about forgetting to make sure the Door is closed or have a serviceman coming, you can be alerted when your Door opens and closes!

The LiftMaster Logic 5 Commercial Operator kits from North Shore Commercial Door are a great way to update your old and failing opener! The base units include a 1/3 Horse Power (HP) unit, model #J331L5, which runs on your chosen Voltage.

828LM - The 828LM internet gateway is an innovative product that enables customers to access their operators remotely. The new Logic 5 Commercial Operators have MyQ Receivers built in but need the 828LM to function.

829LM - The 829LM Garage Door Monitor is a MyQ product that alerts users to the status of their garage door. You will receive a notification any time that the Door is opened or closed.

825LM - The 825LM Remote Light Control allows you to turn on or off lights with your phone, tablet, or garage door opener.

823LM - The 823LM is a light switch that allows you to turn lights on and off with your tablet, phone, or garage door opener.

811LM - The 811LM is a single-button transmitter encrypted with the Security+ 2.0 technology. Additionally, this transmitter can control one Door.


813LM - The 813LM is a three button transmitter that has been encrypted with the Security+2.0 technology. This transmitter can control up to three different doors/devices. This transmitter is color coated with red, green, and yellow buttons. A unique feature of this transmitter is that it can perform an open/close/stop function.


893MAX - The 893Max is a 3-button transmitter encrypted with Security+2.0 technology. This transmitter can control up to 3 different doors and perform an open, close, and stop function.
