PowerMaster D-MG | DC-Powered Hoist Operator w/Long-Life Battery BackUp || PowerMaster D-MG | DC-Powered Hoist Operator is a 1/2 HP GearHead style rolling door or grille operator. Provides steady and controlled jackshaft rolling action with a #50 chain for service-grille or similar rolling/coil entries. DC-powered motor provides a steadier and more stable charge to the newly-designed longer-life battery backup. Where other battery backups, even those used in industrial settings, provide a single or even a half-cycle for bare-minimum safety needs, the PowerMaster D-MG can provide 100 cycles after a power failure. Over one week of 10-cycles-per-day light use on a single full-charge of the battery back up. A blown fuse in your facility on a Friday afternoon means a maintenance request might take until Tuesday to arrive. Don’t get locked out. Grille, sheet or rolling door opener for doors. This device accepts all standard control devices from PowerMaster. Included with each operator is an upright open/close/stop hardwire control station. (Wall mounting bracket and mounting plate are sold separately). Operator includes PowerMaster 69-70002 NITRO Commercial Gate Operator Control Board Meets 2018 UL 325 This new control board is engineered for commercial-strength gate openers so it can handle a rolling door.
