The LiftMaster 4135563 Garage Door Opener Motor from North Shore Commercial Door is designed to replace the motor in a variety of LiftMaster and Chamberlain garage door openers. The universal garage door opener motor works in several models of garage door openers, including the LiftMaster 2245, 2255, 3245, 3245M, 3950, 3265, 3255, 3255M and more. The motor has a 1/2 horsepower and is extremely quiet. The garage door opener has a low energy requirement and designed for residential use.

The universal replacement motor comes with a full bracket assembly. The kit includes the motor, worm, bracket, bearing assembly and RPM sensor. Replacing the motor can save you hundreds of dollars over the cost of purchasing a new garage door opener. You may need to replace the motor on your opener if the device hums, but the door does not open or close. Replacing the motor instead of the entire garage door opener is economical and time-saving. The motor can be replaced without removing and replacing any support arms or connections.
