This Motion alert kit includes;

This unit is the long range unit, 800 ft range.
The included motion sensor can detect motion up to a 40 ft range. The Motion sensor and the Alert base unit can be up to 800 feet apart and still operate properly.
Alerts you when motion is detected surrounding your garage, home or business with audio and visual indicators.
Alert and Alarm feature (change from alarm to alert with the flip of a switch on the base unit). One equates to the sound of a door chime and the other is a piercing 95dB siren.
Designed for indoor use. Motion sensor can be outside if never exposed to the elements.
The batteries are not included. Each requires a standard 9 volt battery. Does not go through batteries quickly by any means. The base unit monitors the battery levels of the sensors automatically; and will give you an indication of low battery levels so that you have plenty of time to replace them.
This unit can work with up to 16 sensors in 4 zones (these additional sensors are sold separately) The additional sensors that can be added to this system include:
Water Sensor for flooding of your home Model: WA-434TL
Garage door Sensor for indication of an open garage Model; GM-434TL
Window/door sensors that are activated when a door or window is opened that is equipped with the sensor. Model: WD-434TL
