SuperScan I 10SSTI42 by BEA Active Infrared Presence Sensor

North Shore Commercial Door has the SuperScan I 10SSTI42 active infrared presence sensor by BEA. The SuperScan I 10SSTI42 is door mounted and uses triangulation to detect the presence of pedestrians which eliminates false detections caused by varying floor and environment conditions. The SuperScan I 10SSTI42 can be used with automatic swinging, revolving, folding and low energy doors. Use the SuperScan I 10SSTI42 individually or daisy chained with up to 9 slave modules. This flexibility allows the SuperScan I 10SSTI42 to be used on both narrow or wide doors. Each module detection zone can be angled independently to eliminate unwanted detection of guide rails or walls. Coupled with BEA's Bodyguard overhead presence sensor, the SuperScan I 10SSTI42 meets ANSI 156.10 standard relating to swing doors. Suggested use for 44" door leaf.
